Abortion can be performed in an emergency in an attempt to save the lives of pregnant women or fetus. Problems studied in this paper are: to find out what are the criteria that pregnancies resulting from rape can be aborted and how to determine the psychological trauma of women who became pregnant due to rape. This discussion is done by looking at that abortion for rape can be done if the pregnancy is less than 6 (six) weeks, and for health reasons, for example: after being checked turned out to condition the baby in the womb does not have a brain, or if the baby is born the mother will undergo a psychological trauma.
